Every ThermoShield continuous insulation panel features a SynStone Glass Fibre Reinforced Ultra-High Performance Concrete (GFRC/UHPC) face — a technology first commercialized in 1985 and refined over four decades. This is not the standard latex-modified concrete found on other CI panels in the market.

SynStone's proprietary glass fibre matrix delivers extraordinary impact resistance — you can drill and nail within 1/4" of the panel edge without cracking. As a continuous insulation solution, ThermoShield eliminates thermal bridging at joints while providing a non-combustible, crack-resistant face that standard latex concrete CI panels simply cannot match.
